During March 2018 Gunter Attorneys was successful in the IP Excellence Awards 2018, hosted by Acquisition International and received the award for “Best IP Law Firm 2018 – South Africa”.

Corporate USA Today Law Awards identify those firms that are truly top tier and chosen as such through a global poll of readership, which asks voting readers to put forward nominations for those firms that are, in their opinion “Best in Class” within their chosen area of specialization.  During April 2018 Gunter Attorneys received the highest volume of votes in the category of “Intellectual Property Law, South Africa”.

The Lawyer Monthly Legal Awards 2018 recognises the achievements of law firms, lawyers, counsel and those connected to the legal world who have a proven track record in delivering results for their clients over the past twelve months. The awards are divided into individual and firm categories, and each is selected to represent the diversity of skills and knowledge that the profession has to offer clients across the globe.  In October 2018 Rina Gunter was the winner in the category of “Patents – Lawyer of the Year – South Africa”.

The Global Venture Awards recognise successful businesses and professionals on a global scale through a rigorous process of nominations from the world’s leading firms and professionals in global geographical regions, rewarding a variety of businesses who deliver outstanding levels of customer service and unparalleled expertise in their field.  Gunter Attorneys received the Global Venture Annual Awards 2018 accolade in the category “Intellectual Property Law Firm of the Year – South Africa”.
